Andrew Neiner is an organizational
psychologist dedicated to improving the job performance, career
success, and life satisfaction of individuals
through assessment and coaching techniques. He has twenty years of
research and practical experience identifying the competencies required
for success, assessing individuals’ strengths and development
needs, and implementing individually-tailored performance improvement
programs. As an executive coach, Andrew helps people become more
successful than they would on their own. Prior to starting his own
executive coaching practice in 1999, he was a leader in two large,
international management consulting firms, Development Dimensions
International (DDI) and Towers Perrin. Andrew lives in Atlanta with
his wife and three children. He strives to maintain a proper work-life
balance and enjoys reading, kayaking, and playing tennis.
Andrew’s client list includes a wide range of organizations,
including those large and small, public and private, profit and non-profit,
emerging and mature, and domestic and international. He has coached
leaders at The Coca-Cola Company, Agilent Technologies, Earthlink,
BellSouth, ChoicePoint, The American Cancer Society, Drake Beam Morin,
United Parcel Service (UPS), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Andrew obtained
a Ph.D. in organizational psychology in 1981. He is a member of
the American Psychological Association, the Georgia
Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial and Organizational
Psychologists, and is the founder of the Atlanta Society of Applied
Psychologists. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at Kennesaw
State University and has been an instructor at the University of
Georgia and Georgia Institute of Technology (GeorgiaTech). Andrew
is an executive coaching leader in Emory University’s Executive
Leadership Program and is a certified Birkman consultant.
