Anne D. Anoff has six
years’ experience in leadership development
and executive coaching. Formerly with Transformation Consulting,
Inc., in Atlanta, she was responsible for the Change Management practice
and thought leadership in the field of organizational change. In
her role with BrantleyHouse, she builds on her
clinical experience and focuses on helping executives resolve conflict
and manage anger.
Anne continues to do organizational research and develops seminars
and workshops on conflict resolution. She is currently developing
a self-paced E-Learning program for employees to allow them to become
more receptive to change.
Fluent in both Spanish
and English, Ms. Anoff has two years clinical experience in conflict
resolution and anger management with the Miami
Department of Family Services and six years teaching experience in
the Atlanta school system—two years in its behavioral engineering
unit and four years as a classroom teacher. Anne has a bachelor’s
degree in Psychology from Emory University, and a MS in Counseling
Psychology from St. Thomas University in Miami, Fl.
