Frances Beshada CEC - Executive, Life and Spiritual Coach

I have over twenty years of entrepreneurial business experience; an additional eleven years of ministry experience, experience as a columnist and presently serve as an executive coach and instructional designer at BrantleyHouse LLC, a Leadership Development and Executive Coaching Company headquartered in Atlanta , GA. These rich reinventions of myself make me uniquely qualified to work with others who are on a similar path.

Because I am a certified spiritual director I have many years of experience in working with people who are looking to find more meaning and satisfaction in their lives. Many of the people I have worked with discovered within themselves the courage to take “the road less traveled” and leave what they were doing to follow their heart; for some this meant taking the risk to open their own businesses, successfully. For others it meant leaving behind those things that held them back from living a purposeful life. In the experience of others it became a journey of self-discovery whereby they came to value their gifts and talents, and in some cases, let go of old behaviors that were getting in the way of their success.

Through my own life's experience, I know first hand how difficult life (and business) transitions can be to handle on one's own. One of my greatest strength's has always been my ability to “think out of the box”. Combining life's experiences with the skills I learned during my training in spiritual direction, as well as that of a Certified Empowerment Coach allow me to pursue my passion which is to empower my clients to achieve their goals

For clarification:

Coaching is designed to address issues the person being coached would like to consider. These could include (but are not limited to) career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, decision-making, and achieving short-term or long-term goals.

Spiritual Direction is a lot like coaching in that it is a one-to-one relationship that encompasses the whole of one's life. It is a journey toward freedom that begins where you are and takes you to where you want to be. Spiritual Direction's ultimate goal is to foster union with God and, therefore, its primary focus is on the individual's experience of God which occurs most often in prayer.

If you choose to work with me you will find that I am an enthusiastic, inspirational and supportive coach, teacher, leader, and spiritual director with ability to energize and excite you to achieve your goals. I will help you discover your own purpose for being here, which is phenomenally life-giving.
